Google issue - looking for idea on how to set up -

Can't edit or fifty-fifty see user list. I've seen that others have had or are having this issue. How practise I gear up. Accept posted similiar message on Google forum, only no replies. Any ideas would be of value.

Have logged in using Fire Play a joke on and the same bulletin popped up, only then some sort of verification popped upwardly which needed information - this wasn't happening in explorer. Verfied and all seems to be normal at present. Appreciate all the help. Got to love MS - not.
